How difficult is it to book in at your hotel?
Our automatic booking system is easy to use. Should you choose to book online, you will receive a reciept of payment and confirmation, together with a reservation number. At the hotel there is a terminal to guide you through the checking-in process. Having checked-in, you will be issued with a plastic card-key and room number. The card key is unique, and activates only your room, which means, that only your card can open your room, so feel free to note the numer of your room down, no-one else can activate the lock, except the hotels personel. Should you have booked on our automated telephone service, the procedure is the same.

How do I pay for my room?
The online service and the automated telephone service accept allnormal credit-cards, such as; Dankort, eDankort, VISA-Dankort, American Express, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron. It is not possible to pay cash. There are, however, cash-points available in the hotel.

What if I make a mistake on checking-in?
The terminal is easy to use, but should you go wrong, the service personel will help you. However, if there is no-one available, please call the service number on the terminal screen.

How does the plastic key-card work?
The key-card and the terminal work together so that your room has a unique profile which lasts the duration of your stay, after which the profile becomes obsolete. Therefore you can leave your key-card in your room, on departure, or in the post box provided, we will then reactivate the card on a new booking and spare the enviroment for unneccesary waste.
